Join us for a workshop to explore the art of influencing and tips to enhance your skills to positively impact your organization’s culture. Topics to be covered:

  • Understanding key terms and styles of influence, power and authority
  • Establishing the basis of your organization’s culture
  • Active listening and its impact on meaningful, productive conversations that grow strong work relationships
  • Fostering trust and why it is critical to productivity and efficiency
  • Empowering others while reinforcing a culture of accountability

About the Presenter

Jeff Ghannam of Insight Leadership Development, LLC, has spent the last ten years with Intel building his coaching skills and achieving his integral coaching certification. Over this period he has coached numerous Intel managers, and taught a number of teambuilding workshops and coaching classes, including Foundations for Coaching and Coaching for Excellence. He has earned several awards from Intel for Instructor of the Year for his innovative training and coaching approach.
