We are looking for a Director of Homemakers & Health Services and Patient Services to join our team! The individual in this key position will provide overall site operations, team process management, strategic planning and business development for in home programming. This position requires travel between Manchester, Stratham and Rochester, NH.

We're offering a $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role! 

Additional responsibilities will include:

  1. Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and evaluates program operation activities such as logistical operations, performance measurement and reporting, management of community provider relationship and business development opportunities, program review, continuous quality improvement, staff evaluation and accountability.
  2. Manages a team process to foster a cooperative working environment and maintains an environment that attracts, motivates and retains qualified professionals.
  3. Provides consultation and facilitation for staff involved in strategic initiatives and priority projects. Assists in problems solving. 
  4. Monitors program financial health and makes appropriate recommendations.
  5. Identifies problem areas in attempt to maximize customer service and total quality improvements. 
  6. Identify and develop external marketing/business opportunities related to Homemakers and Health Services.
  7. Carry emergency on-call pager on rotating schedule and respond appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, health care or human service is required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of increasingly responsible, related experience
  • Must have a complete understanding of the organization’s businesses and strategies and the ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Hours: This is a full-time, salaried position.

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
