Christina Cuzzi is the Community Relations Sr. Manager at Fidelity Investments. Christina is responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s community engagement strategy. She maintains strong relationships with nonprofits across New Hampshire to explore how Fidelity Investments can help these organizations serve the community. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2013, Christina was a Quality Engineer for BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector in Nashua. She was born in Connecticut, raised in Somersworth, and now lives in Bedford with her husband and twin boys.

John Flanders is the Vice President & COO at the NHHEAF Network Organizations. John is responsible for loan servicing, customer service, administrative operations, and facilities. Prior to joining NHHEAF, John served as Chief Operating Officer of the NH Community Loan Fund beginning in 2013. Previously, John served as Chief Risk Officer of The Nashua Bank, one of the first new banks established in many years in NH. John graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Geography.  He lives in Weare with his wife and three children.

“We are pleased to add these talented people to the Center’s Board of Directors,” said Kathleen Reardon, Chief Executive Officer of the NH Center for Nonprofits. “They each bring a deep knowledge and commitment to the nonprofit community, as well an understanding of the issues facing our state. Their leadership will be an asset to the organization as we continue our work to elevate the visibility and capacity of the state’s nonprofit sector.”

The NH Center for Nonprofits is a statewide nonprofit association dedicated to advancing the impact and visibility of the nonprofit sector and supporting the growth of nonprofits to reach their mission. Its services included leadership development programs, organizational consultation and assessment, online resource sharing and advocacy.
