New Process for NH CDFA Tax Credits

This year the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) again will be awarding NH nonprofit groups up to $5 million in state tax credits to help with new projects and programs that advance community development in New Hampshire.

Unlike years past, there is a new process for applying for tax credits.  Applicants will first have to submit a Letter of Intent by February 17, 2015. After reviewing these letters, CDFA will invite projects which appear to match its legislative mandate to submit a final application. The deadline for the application is April 17, 2015.

There will be two free workshops in January to help nonprofits learn about the program and offer instruction on how to fill out the Letter of Intent and the final application. The first is January 7th in North Woodstock; the second is January 15th in Concord. All interested nonprofits– whether experienced with the program or not – are strongly encouraged to attend one of the workshops.

Learn more about the CDFA Tax Credit program and register for the workshops on NH CDFA's website.
