Lakes Region Community Services is seeking a Full Time House Manager for Laconia area homes. This position will be responsible for all facets of the daily operation and management of the homes.

Duties include, but are not limited to, assurance for regular and direct supervision, evaluation and staff development plans of staff; plans and facilitates monthly staff meetings; provides direct service as needed; demonstrates the competency and willingness to learn complex medical and/or behavioral procedures performed in the home(s); maintains ability to administer medications; ensures the promotion of health, safety and support for individuals; ensure that the home(s) meet all Agency policies and procedures and all state/federal licensure/certification requirements. The House Manager must participate in on-call rotation for after-hours coverage, and be willing to respond to emergencies after normal business hours.  


Candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Human Services or Related field/ Relevant 2 years’ experience may be substituted. Valid New Hampshire driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and agency determined minimal insurance coverage are also required.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with medical procedures and terms as well as behavioral protocols, have the ability to pass and maintain certification for Medical Administration, be willing to work nights and weekends, as needed, and be willing to travel.
