Paraprofessional Clinical Supervisor

Under the direction of the Paraprofessional Clinical Manager, the Paraprofessional Clinical Supervisor:

  • Provides direct supervision, completes supervisory visits, performance improvement plans, and evaluations for LNAs in the Private Home Service (PHS) program.
  • Performs assessments and develops the paraprofessional nursing plan of care for PHS client at time of admission, every 6 months as needed.
  • Supports the Paraprofessional Nurse Educator with orientation and acts as a resource person for the Paraprofessional Program.

Qualifications: 

  • Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse License
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Minimum of one year medical/surgical experience and two years of home health/hospice experience preferred
  • Experience in staff development and/or clinical education preferred

 

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
