Medical Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative ensures patient access to MCHC by answering and processing a high volume of incoming calls.
Duties include: Answer all incoming calls, routing as appropriate or taking messages; canceling and scheduling of routine appointments; verifying & updating contact information; and providing test results & resource information to patients. The CC Rep might also work as back up at the front desk.

Experience and Educational Requirements: High school diploma/GED, 1 or more years of experience in a healthcare environment, medical office/call center, excellent verbal and written communications skills, excellent customer service skills, basic computer literacy, problem solving skills, medical terminology.

Bilingual preferred.
