Spaulding Youth Center, located on a spacious campus in Northfield, NH, is a nonprofit dedicated to improving and enriching the lives of emotionally and/or intellectually challenged children, youth and their families. Spaulding Youth Center is a leading provider of services for children and youth with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning and/or developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and those who have experienced significant trauma, abuse or neglect. Services include academic, behavioral health, residential, foster care, health and wellness and family support.

The successful Residential House Manager will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service or related field and five (5) years’ experience in human services in residential setting and supervisory experience. Or, in lieu of a BS/BA Degree the successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field and seven (7) years related experience along with in-service and additional training,

The successful Residential House Manager candidate will have exemplary job performance and clear and validated evidence of professional expertise and competent decision-making. The Residential House Manager should have exceptional interpersonal skills; be detail oriented, and have an outgoing personality to manage a diverse population of staff and students.


We are seeking a motivated, energetic and experienced Residential House Manager to join our team. The Residential House Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations for one of Spaulding Youth Center’s residential houses. The Residential House Manager will be accountable for training and direct supervision to staff, and will participate in student management, to include implementing behavioral/cognitive training and programming and crisis management. The Residential House Manager will also be responsible staff payroll and for working with the Residential Director with residential budget development.
