Paraprofessional Clinical Supervisor

Under the direction of the Paraprofessional Clinical Manager, the Paraprofessional Clinical Supervisor assists the Paraprofessional Nurse Educator with orientation for paraprofessional staff, mentors and supports staff, and acts as a resource person to the agency's program(s). Performs assessments and develops care plans for Personal Home Services clients. Performs annual supervisory visits for LNAs and PCSPs. Supervises staff under the direction of the Paraprofessional Clinical Manager. 

  • Provides direct supervision, completes performance improvement plans and evaluations for LNAs in the PHS program under the supervision of the Paraprofessional Clinical Manager.
  • Performs supervisory visits with paraprofessional staff on a planned and unplanned basis. Reports any areas of concern to the Paraprofessional Clinical Manager. Works with Paraprofessional Clinical Manager to promote constructive problem solving.


  • Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse License 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year medical/surgical experience and 2 years of home health/hospice experience; or combination of 5 or more years related education and clinical experience 
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience 
  • Knowledge of clinical standards of practice
  • Experience in staff development and/or clinical education preferred 

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
