Lakes Region Community Services, a non-profit social service agency, is currently recruiting for a Home Assist Program Manager to coordinate and supervise the Home Assist program. 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required plus five years of experience, supervisory experience preferred; valid NH Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

The Home Assist Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Home Assist Program according to agency policies and procedures and applicable local, state and federal regulations.  Duties include but are not limited to:  supervise and manage program coordinators; organize caseloads; manage program budget and billing for the BEAS contract units; work collaboratively with senior management to secure funding through annual grant applications and RFPs; meet grant reporting requirements; create and implement a marketing plan; maintain LRCS licensure as a Home Care Service Provider, provide oversight for regulatory compliance; oversee the evaluation process for the program; participate in agency, community and state committees; establish and maintain working relationships with community resources; and have a good understanding of the community at large.
