In order to do that we need employees who want to be proud of the work they do every day. 


Community Partners is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their supportive and enthusiastic team! This position allows for the opportunity to have an amazing impact on others’ lives by working directly with clients who have developmental disabilities to help them succeed in all their daily life activities. We provide onsite training and are looking for opened minded people who go to work excited and ready to be fully engaged with their clients. An ideal applicant would encourage creativity, be proactive and involved, and have a flexible personality. This is an amazing opportunity to get out from behind your desk and become involved in your community!

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience in the Human Service industry preferred. As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation. These 40-hours/week positions offer a wage range starting at $11.50/hour and a generous benefit package including paid time off, health and dental insurance, retirement planning and opportunities for growth within the agency.
