Autism Support Providers and Registered Behavior Technicians

~~Our Autism Services Program at Easterseals offers education, support and services assisting families and children in reaching their full potential. Our program is growing in the Manchester and Salem area! We are hiring Autism Support Providers and Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children following the specific treatment plans developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities: working in multiple homes and the clinic carrying over the strategies the BCBA has initiated, providing support to children with disabilities, social & emotional issues, and disruptive and physically aggressive behavior, completing required documentation including daily notes and monthly summary information and attending training designed by the program.

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Psychology, Human Services or related field preferred). Experience working with young children, strong interpersonal and computer skills is required. Training is provided to obtain Registered Behavior Technician credentialing within six (6) months of hire. This position requires an insured vehicle. Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
