Physical Therapist- Early Intervention

Our Family Centered Early Supports & Services program at Easterseals utilizes each child's natural curiosity to create the experiences that enhance growth and development in partnership with their families and their caregivers. We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team!

The person in this key role will work with a team of pediatric therapists providing physical therapy services to children birth to school age. Responsibilities will include conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing plans-of care, writing daily and quarterly progress reports and participating as a member of IFSP and IEP teams. Therapy is provided in home and clinic settings.

This position requires a valid PT license, reliable vehicle and insurance.
