Spaulding Youth Center is seeking a clinician to add to our highly skilled clinical team. This position will include providing individual and group therapy with a variety of students as well as family systems focus, and requires a combination of case management and clinical work. The individual will work closely with academic staff, residential staff, and other related service providers to deliver exemplary care to students and their families who are served by Spaulding Youth Center. Clinicians play a central role in collaborating with families and staff to produce positive outcomes for challenging children and youth. Successful candidates will have experience providing trauma informed clinical services to children from a foundation of evidence-based practice. There are opportunities to work with a variety of clinical presentations across the areas of behavioral and emotional needs. This is an opportunity to change the course of a child’s life through, connection, intervention and future success. We are a strong clinical team, in a supportive environment that believes that change is possible. Strong clinical knowledge and judgment, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Skill in working with children from hard places, working knowledge of residential life and flexibility are encouraged. Must have good oral and written language skills as well as good computer skills. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field that allows for clinical therapy with youth and family.  State of NH clinical certification or license-eligible. Relevant work experience with similar population preferred.
