West Central Behavioral Health is looking to hire someone prepared to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others? Do enjoy coaching people to become more independent in their activities of daily living: dressing, meal preparation, grocery shopping, etc. If so, we want you to join our team of professional and dedicated Residential Specialists. With them, you will work toward promoting independence of the residents at Arbor View and be part of the Comprehensive Treatment Team!

Full- and Part-Time positions available, as well as Per Diem.

Requirements:
  •  High School Diplomas or GED
  •  Valid driver’s license
  •  1-2 years of related experience, preferably in a mental health setting
  •  Basic computer skills
  •  Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Coaches residents with meal planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, general household duties, grooming, etc.
  • Teaches residents medication management skills while complying with State regulations
  •  Assists residents with participating in community activities and events.
  •  Provide transportation as needed.
  •  Participate in treatment team meetings.
