While based in Chicago, IL, I have years of experience working in NH and MA. I have more than twenty years of experience working for nonprofits and have held leadership positions in both management and fundraising. As a development director, I planned and provided hands-on implementation of highly successful major donor, annual fund, and planned giving campaigns. As an executive director, I provided leadership in developing and carrying out strategic goals and managed day-to-day operations including human resources, marketing, public relations, finances, and technology. My primary focus as a consultant has been strategic planning, annual appeals, marketing, and grant writing. I have a specific focus on government grant writing including CDC, DOJ, HHS, SAMHSA, HUD, and NEA. I bring to my work a high degree of professionalism, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and a deep understanding of how to help nonprofits achieve their goals.
