NHFPI Announces the Appointment of Phil Sletten as Policy Analyst
The New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute (NHFPI) announces that Philip J. Sletten has joined the organization in the role of policy analyst. Sletten most recently served as performance auditor for the New Hampshire Office of Legislative Budget Assistant, where he provided analysis on a wide range of state agency operations.
Mayhew Program Receives Hypertherm H.O.P.E. Foundation Grant
The Mayhew Program has received a $2,500 grant from the Hypertherm H.O.P.E. Foundation, Inc. to help support 233 at-risk New Hampshire boys with residential summer programming and school year mentoring.
Manchester Community Health Center Lands in Top 5% Nationally
Manchester Community Health Center (MCHC) recently received the highest total financial award granted to health centers in NH, placing it in the top 5% of awards granted nationally by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The awards were based on health centers’ improvements to the quality, accessibility and cost-efficiency of their healthcare, as well as for advancing health equity.
