From I-93, take Exit 13 for Route 3/Manchester Street/Main Street.
Going down the off-ramp, stay right then turn right at the traffic light.
Go about 100-200 yards, turn left at the traffic light to South Main Street.

At the end of the off-ramp, turn right and go over I-93 onto South Main Street.

From I-89:

From I-93:
Take Exit 20, Route 3 North / Route 11 East. Follow Route 3 North/Route 11 East through Lake Winnisquam area (about 5 miles). After passing the Belknap Mall on your left, bear right onto the Laconia Bypass (still Rte. 3 N/Rte. 11 E). Follow to end (about 4 miles) and bear right at the end of the ramp on Rte. 3 N (Rte. 11 goes to the left). At the third set of lights, with Shaw’s Supermarket on your right, take a right to continue on Rte. 3 N. Go about 1/4 mile, and look for White Oaks Road bearing right, up a hill—away from the lake. Follow White Oaks Road for 2.1 miles to the peak of the hill. Turn left into the driveway with the PFEEC sign.

From Meredith:
Follow Rte. 3 S to Weirs Beach. Cross the bridge at the Weirs, continue straight on Rte. 11B. Go up the hill approximately ¼ of a mile and take a right onto White Oaks Road. Follow White Oaks Road approximately ¼ mile to the top of the hill. Turn right into the driveway marked by the PFEEC sign.

From Southern New England
Travel north on either Route 3, Everett Turnpike, or Route 93. Both highways connect to I-293 North. Take Route 293 to Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge). Stay straight to go onto Front Street. Turn slight right onto Amoskeag Street, which becomes Amoskeag Bridge. Exit right off the bridge onto Canal Street. At the first set of lights turn right onto N. Commercial Street.

From Northern New England
Travel south on Route 93 to Route 293. Take Route 293 to Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge). Right onto Eddy Road. Exit the rotary on the right after the Ramada Inn at Amoskeag Falls. Exit right off the bridge and onto Canal Street. At the first set of lights turn right onto N. Commercial Street.

From Maine, Portsmouth, NH: Follow 95S to Portsmouth; after crossing State line, take 3rd exit (exit #2) to 101W/93S to 293N. After passing Brown Avenue exit, stay to the RIGHT as 293 bears to the right. Take second exit, #5/Granite Street. Turn right at bottom of ramp, then go through two sets of lights. Hotel garage is next left.

From Vermont: Take Route 89S to Rte 93S to Rte 293S. On 293S take exit #6. Exit will circle around and over the Amoskeag Bridge. Stay right, take Canal Street ramp. Follow Canal Street. for about 1 mile (8 sets of lights) to Granite Street (Bus station is on your left). Take left on Granite Street. Hotel garage is next left.

From NJ, NYC, CT: Take Rte 95N to New Haven, then Rte 91N to Hartford. From Hartford, take Rte 84 to Rte 90 (Mass Pike). Take Mass Pike to Rte 290 (Worcester) to Rte 495 (Lowell) to Rte 3N (Nashua). Stay on Rte 3. Just South of Manchester, Rte 3 becomes Rte 293. Take exit #5/Granite Street. Turn right at bottom of ramp, then go through two sets of lights. Hotel garage is next left.

From the North or South:
You  will travel on Interstate 93 (north or south as the case may be) to Exit 14 for Bridge Street, State Offices.  At the end of the exit ramp, take a left if coming from the south; or take a right if coming from the north.  Go up to Main Street (you will see the Holiday Inn on the right). 

Turn left on Main Street, and stay in the right hand lane.  As you travel down Main Street, the State House will be on your right, and the second street on the right after the State House will be School Street.  Turn right on School Street (you will pass our building on the corner as you turn).

You will see the Municipal Parking Garage on the left.  This provides the most convenient parking and is located directly behind our building.

From the ground floor of the parking garage you will exit into a small courtyard.  Follow the sidewalk out to Main Street. Turn left. You will see the Citizens Bank Building and a sign in the window indicating One Capital Plaza, Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.A.  Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.

From the Seacoast Area:
If coming from the seacoast area, take I-393 (west) to its end in Concord.  At the lights, take a left onto Main Street. Travel south on Main Street about half a mile until you see the The Holiday Inn on your left.  Then, continue as above.

From the North or South
Take I-95 to Exit 2, which is Route 101, Exeter/Hampton Beach. After the tollbooth, bear right onto Route 101 West towards Exeter/Manchester. Proceed 1.5 miles to the first exit (Exit 12) which is for Route 111, Exeter/North Hampton.

At the foot of the ramp, turn left towards Route 111 West. At the stop sign, turn right onto Route 111, then proceed 2.8 miles to a signal light at the intersection of High Street (which you are on) and Portsmouth Avenue (on your right). Go straight through this intersection and over a short bridge. Turn right at the immediate intersection and proceed to the Bandstand in the center of Exeter.

At the Bandstand, take a sharp left, still on Route 111 West. Continue 1.5 miles to the Exeter Inn (red brick building on left). At this point, keep right at the "Y" intersection and continue on Route 111 West for 1.8 miles to a yellow blinking light. For The Ridge, turn right here onto White Oak Drive. For The Woods, turn left onto RiverWoods Drive, pass two houses on the right, and turn right at the RiverWoods sign. See map and parking information on next page.

From the West
Take Route 101 East to Exit 11, which is Route 108, Stratham/Exeter. At the foot of the ramp, turn right onto Route 108 South (Portsmouth Avenue). Follow Route 108 for one mile to the signal light. Turn right onto Route 111 and pass over a short bridge. Turn right at the immediate intersection and proceed to the Bandstand in the center of Exeter. (Follow the directions above in italics.)

From the Southwest
Take Route 125 North (Exit 51B off I-495) towards Plaistow. From this exit, it is about 11 miles to Route 111 East, Exeter. Coming north on Route 125 you will encounter a number of signal lights and see several signs for Route 111. Don't take Route 107 by mistake! Route 111 East will be the next intersection after the Route 107 intersection. Turn right here onto Route 111 East and go 4 miles to a yellow blinking light.

For The Ridge, turn left here onto White Oak Drive. For RiverWoods, turn right onto RiverWoods Drive, pass two houses on the right, and turn right at the RiverWoods sign.

Parking
On The Woods campus, visitor parking is on the left, just before the stop sign. You may park here and walk to the entrance or, if you prefer, drive straight forward to the flagpole at the main entrance and we will provide valet parking. On The Ridge campus, bear left at the end of White Oak Drive. You will see visitor parking on the right.

From the North on I-293 South: From I-293 South in Manchester, take the exit for Bedford/Milford to Route 101W and Route 3. Take the Route 3 exit (South River Road). At the end of the ramp, you will be facing Macy's. Turn right (south) and travel 1.9 miles to a stop light (you will see a sign for Commerce Park West on the right, and an Irving station on the left). Take a right at this light. SERESC is the last building on the right.

From the East: From Route 101W, bear right onto 293/101W. Staying on 101W, take Route 3/Kilton Road exit, stay on the right side of exit ramp. Drive south 1.8 miles to a stop light (you will see a sign for Commerce Park West on the right, and an Irving station on the left). Take a right at this light. From the South on Route 3/Everett Turnpike: Heading north on Route 3/Everett Turnpike, take Exit 12. Go through toll booths to stop light. Turn right. At next stop light, turn left onto the Old Route 3/DW Highway. Drive approximately 3 miles. You will come to an intersection where you will see an Irving Station on your right and a sign for Commerce Park West on the left. Take a left at this light onto Commerce Drive. SERESC is the last building on the right.
