DurinStephen Gianottig this session, nonprofit leaders Caroline Boyd and Genevieve Aichele will share stories of how they have created an environment within their organization which helps people develop stronger levels of trust, invokes creative problem solving, and taps into the gifts and talents each brings to the organization. 

Consultant Stephen Gianotti who works both nationally and locally as a consultant with the Woodland Group will engage the guest presenters and audience in a dialogue about how to create workplaces which are smart, flexible and resilient.
