Vintage Grace is an Adult Medical Day Program and Independent Adult Living facility. Vintage Grace is a nonprofit organization serving the needs of the low income elderly, mentally challenged and disabled in the Greater Derry Area. We assist this under-served population by providing necessary Day Care for those living at home with loved ones and housing with services for those who may need just a little assistance. Our organization is dedicated to assisting this population in maximizing their independence, thus allowing them to still be an active participant in their community.
Vintage Grace differentiates itself from nursing homes, assisted living groups and group homes by allowing for greater independence and mobility for those clients who are able. Targeted support services help clients live successfully in this less restrictive environment.
Vintage Grace is committed to working closely with family, social workers, case managers, and service providers to help promote and maintain an optimal level of independence for our clients and residents.
Vintage Grace recently renovated it's facility courtesy of a Community Block Grant collaborated with Derry Housing and Redevelopment Authority. This grant allowed Vintage Grace to update it's exterior with new siding, renovated all the bathrooms and added new air conditioning to the facility.
