We Need YOU to Take Part in the 2008 Salary Survey
New IRS regulations will require nonprofit boards to document their decision-making behind executive compensation levels starting in 2009. One source of data you will be able to turn to for this documentation is our 2008 Wage and Benefit Survey Report. In order for us to produce a quality report for the NH nonprofit sector, we need a large amount of participation. Just about 90 minutes of your time is needed. We will be contacting you late spring this year, and we urge your participation so we can provide the most accurate information possible. The survey is scheduled to be published fall 2008, and if you participate – it’s free to members and sold at a discounted rate to not-yet-members.

2006 Wage & Benefit Survey
In collaboration with the Executive Service Corps of NH (ESC) and the Maine Association of Nonprofits (MANP), the NH Center for Nonprofits offers the 2006 Wage & Benefit Survey. This report is a study of wages and benefits offered by an array of New Hampshire nonprofits of all sizes, regions, and missions. The data collected in this survey reflects the actual practices of participating organizations during the spring and summer of 2006. NHCN initiated this study to support the work of nonprofit boards and managers who face the challenge of attracting and retaining qualified staff. The survey is available for sale by calling NHCN at 225-1947 or e-mailing us at info@nhnonprofits.org. Below are the survey rates based on participation:

Survey Participation Cost
If you are a member and you participated in the survey Free
If you are a member and you did not participate in the survey $150
If you are not a member but you participated in the survey $150
If you are not a member and did not participate in the survey $300
