CONFR
The mission of CONFR (Continuing Education in Fundraising) Helping nonprofits raise more money for a better New Hampshire. Corporate Fund
Founded in 1982, the Corporate Fund is comprised of many of the state's most generous corporations, which pool a portion of their charitable dollars to focus entirely on improving the overall management and effectiveness of New Hampshire's nonprofits. Giving Monadnock's mission is to promote, stimulate, and inspire philanthropy by increasing public commitment to the success of local non-profit organizations. Hartford Foundation for Public Giving Nonprofit Support Program
Hartford Foundation is a nonprofit capacity building program, based at a community foundation, that serves small to mid-sized nonprofits in our region. They provide a range of offerings including assistance with planning, governance, financial management, technology, evaluation, as well as learning opportunities for nonprofit leaders. One area they have not actively pursued is human resources management. Their primary audience is the smaller nonprofit in which there is a dedicated HR staffer. Institute for Nonprofit Management at Antioch New England
The Institute for Nonprofit Management, developed by the Department of Organization & Management at Antioch, is a comprehensive curriculum of seminars for nonprofit executives. The program provides information in areas such as human resources, fundraising, board development, marketing, business planning, and team building. This web site aids in staff development and organizational capacity for HR resources for nonprofit organizations. Check out the profiled web sites for some good resources around HR issues.
