Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS) is a non-profit organization serving 52 towns in southwestern New Hampshire since 1907.  HCS offers comprehensive services to accomplish its mission to promote the health, well-being and independence of people at all ages and stages throughout our service area.  Services include visiting nurses and rehabilitation therapies, hospice, private duty, maternal and child health care, adult day care, wellness programs for the community, congregate senior dining and meals on wheels, transportation for seniors and public transportation.  HCS is Medicare certified and state licensed.

Events Coordinator


Under the direction of the Manager for Special Projects, the Events Coordinator will:

  • Plan and implement all fundraising events
  • Support other internal HCS internal and external events
  • Write copy for fundraising
  • Support annual appeals, mailings, and collaborative projects
  • Assist with donor database management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education or training beyond high school related to event planning, fund raising and/or project support in the non-profit environment
  • Two years' experience in a setting which required the use of a variety of administrative skills
  • Solid experience with word processing, mail merges and  databases
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including heavy use of Excel
