Concord, NH - The NH Center for Nonprofits recognized the outstanding contributions of outgoing board members, M. Christine Dwyer of RMC Research and Ellen Koenig of the NH Charitable Foundation at its June annual meeting. “The Center has benefitted greatly from the dedication and leadership of Ellen and Chris who have been strong advocates for nonprofit capacity building and advocacy. Ellen has been active as Chair of the Center's Governance Committees and was one of lead coordinators in the re-vitalization of the organization. Chris has been instrumental in shaping some of The Center's cornerstone programs such as the Nonprofit Leadership Summit and the development of our Essential report” noted Mary Ellen Jackson, Executive Director.
The Center also approved the slate of officers for next year which
includes Michael Ostrowski of Child and Family Services as Chair, John
Bunker of New Futures as Vice Chair, Jane Difley of the Society for the
Protection of NH Forest as Treasurer and Stephen Norton of NH Center
for Public Policy Studies as Secretary.
