Nashua, NH  - Thomas F. Monahan of Nashua was elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua Charitable Foundation. Monahan is a real estate developer and entrepreneur. A trustee since 2005, he replaces James B. (Jim) Conway who served as Chairman from 2003 - 2008.  Conway remains on the Board of Trustees.

Theresa (Terry) Romano was elected to the Board of Trustees. Romano lives in Nashua, is a former educator, and has a life-long interest in children’s well-being.  She is a benefactor of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua and the Nashua Historical Society.

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua Charitable Foundation was established in 1992 to build an endowment for ongoing financial stability of the Boys & Girls Club.  The Foundation is built from outright donations, planned gifts, and investment income and growth.  The Foundation donates annually to support core Club programs and services for the more than 4,000 boys and girls ages 6 – 18 who attend the Club annually.  To help and to get information, visit www.bgcn.com or contact Leslie Sanderson at 883-0523, ext. 212 or lsanderson@bgcn.com
