Successful candidates will be responsible for providing consumer-directed care services to an elder or chronically ill individual in their home and community.  May include housekeeping, helping with meals, transportation and/or personal care.  Immediate Per Diem position, $10/hour to start.

High School Diploma or equivalent, experience supporting others preferred; demonstrated ability to serve and care for people in need.
      
Position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance.  Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history check, acceptable DMV record and a DHS check.
