Description:
A Occupational Therapist is needed to provide care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities include patient evaluations, developing a plan of care in order to attain clinical and functional goals and provide treatment to patients in their homes. Travel, weekend and holiday rotations are required for this position.
Work schedule: Part-time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. This position has the opportunity to increase in hours over time.
