Pathways is a non-profit agency serving over 600 individuals and families in Sullivan and Grafton Counties. A Resource Team member is an entry-level working supervisor who assists with daily operations.  The resource team work directly with employees, families, home providers, guardians and others to assure quality services.  All Resource Team members model and assure advocacy and person-centered support to individuals, working to expand community opportunities.  All Resource Team members perform direct service and  maintain medication certification, and work at any assigned location.

Works a varied schedule including nights and weekends as needed.

Bachelor Degree in human services or related field, or Community Social Services Certificate and three years of experience, or five years of human services experience with demonstrated relevant competencies. 

• Employee Resource Manager coordinates hiring activity for the area; schedules employees to assure coverage, makes arrangements for individuals’ activities, and assists the Area Director with assigned administrative duties.
• Quality Assurance Manager acts as a liaison for any team providing services to an individual, to perform and expedite service coordination duties.  Maintains a focus on quality assurance for individuals served within the area, seeking opportunities to bring services closer to the individual.  Assists the Area Director with assigned duties including certification of programs.
