Our Deaf Services Department is seeking a full time Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (PRS) to provide direct support, education, and outreach to a caseload of adult severely mentally ill consumers who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. The primary focus is on meeting with individuals within their natural environments, coordinating community support systems and services, crisis intervention, education and assisting in removing barriers to improving functions. The PRS is a vital member of the multi disciplinary team.

A Bachelor Degree, Fluency in American Sign Language, and a valid New Hampshire Driver’s license are required.  Previous experience working with mentally ill is preferred.
