Description:
The person in this key position will supervise Staffed Residential Programs and the Community Based Services residential management team throughout the state. Responsibilities will include recruiting, training and supervising staff, maintaining compliance with regulations and contractual obligations and ensuring that all consumers are provided an environment that is safe, caring, nurturing and positive.
Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, Master’s degree preferred, and 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of the Adult DD field in NH, experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, extensive supervisory experience in Human Services, strong administrative skills, and a commitment to promoting community inclusion for adults with developmental disabilities is also required. The selected candidate will be able to work independently and have a high commitment to quality. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call coverage is necessary.
