JEFFREY TATRO
Jeff is responsible for the Not-for Profit & Institutional Banking Group, which provides tax-exempt bond financing and traditional bank financing to support the need of a broad range of healthcare, education, social service, and cultural institutions. The group is also responsible for directing the bank’s community development lending, including financing for affordable housing. 
 
Prior to joining Citizens in 2004, Jeff was vice president and relationship manager in commercial banking for Fleet National Bank in Manchester, where he led the bank’s healthcare and institutional business.
 
Jeff received a bachelor of arts degree from Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y., and an MBA from Boston College.
