Pat Palmiotto is Director of the James M. Allwin Initiative for Corporate Citizenship at the Tuck School of Business. The Initiative works to integrate ethics, community involvement, and corporate citizenship throughout the MBA experience.

Pat is co-author of a chapter on training and development in Paving the Way for the 21st Century: The Human Factor in Higher Education Financial Management (NACUBO, 1993). She earned a master's degree in human resource management from Antioch University and has continued academic study and research at Dartmouth College. Pat, her husband, and teenage daughter live in Hanover, NH. Her professional interests lie in the power of individuals and groups to make a difference in communities, so she is pleased to be a new member of the board for the NH Center for Nonprofits to support this important sector in the state.
