Michael S. DeLucia
Michael DeLucia is the Director of Charitable Trusts at the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.  He has served as President of the National Fulbright Association and as President of the National Association of State Charity Officials (NASCO).  In 2005, he received the “President’s Award for Distinguished Service to the Profession” from the New Hampshire Bar Association.  He has served as a speaker on nonprofit issues for the American Bar Association, the Milbank Memorial Fund, and the Association for Fundraising Professionals.  His published articles include “Sarbanes-Oxley and its Impact Upon New Hampshire Nonprofit Organizations” (NH Bar Journal, summer 2004).  He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
