Executive Assistant

Riverbend Community Mental Health

Core services include 24/7 emergency mobile crisis services; counseling services for children, adults, and families; and community support, vocational services, and residential programs for adults and seniors. Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional hours before or after to accommodate special meetings or events.
 
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  The Executive Assistant also provides administrative support to Riverbend’s business finance office and to an external agency of which Riverbend serves as a management company.  Additionally, the Executive Assistant provides support as needed to members of Senior Management, Program Directors, or other Riverbend staff.

Requirements:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
·         Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle or access to a reasonable alternative is required.
·         Three years’ administrative support experience required.
·         Administrative experience within the healthcare field is preferred.
·         Strong technical skills are required.
·         Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with attention to detail is required.
·         Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point is preferred.

Responsibilities:

·         Provides executive administrative support to CFO.
·         Provides administrative support to annual budgeting process and financial audits.
·         Prepares financial reports and presentations for Boards of Directors.
·         Coordinates agency insurance renewals for various lines of property and liability coverage.
·         Assists with bond compliance and fund source reporting.
·         Provide support and/or coverage for Senior Executive Assistant.
·         Prepare Board packets for distribution to members and committees.
