Case Manager, Human Trafficking Program, Manchester, Concord & Nashua, NH areas.

Child and Family Services is seeking a culturally sensitive collaborative individual who wants to make a impact working on a new initiative aimed at providing supportive services to victims of human trafficking through intensive case management. Responsibilities include providing wraparound services for clients, attending local, state and federal meetings and facilitating training events.  CFS is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering a comprehensive benefit package.  Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.


The ideal candidate will have  a bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience working with vulnerable populations.  Seeking candidates skilled at using a victim centered, trauma informed approach to working with individuals as well as a thorough knowledge of community resources.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities required.  Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include some nights and weekends, this is a full time statewide position with our main facility located in Manchester/Concord/Nashua, NH area.  The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.  Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance that meets agency standards.
