System Support Coordinator

The Information System Support Coordinator is responsible for providing education and support to large and small groups of field users on McKesson Home Care software, and other network applications on an ongoing basis. Also responsible for troubleshooting, imaging and maintaining laptops, iPhones and copiers as well as other IT equipment. Serves as the primary support for laptop applications; secondary support for desktop and telephony/MobileCare applications. 

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business-related field (Computer Science preferred) OR practical computer experience in a related field (Healthcare experience preferred)


  • 3-5 years technology experience
  • Must have knowledge of laptop imaging(SCCM), use of encryption and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of using MDM product for managing iPhones
  • User education and training with large and small groups
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, Active directory, and McKesson Home Care helpful
  • Ability to present technical information in an educational setting
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff effectively
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Work Schedule

Full-time. Monday - Friday (40 hours per week); 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 60 minute meal period. On-call required.
