Registered Nurse - Home Care

Job Duties:

The RN in our Home Care program is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of Home Care professionals to provide quality nursing care and education to the patient. This position requires the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, be well organized, have good communication skills and have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse licensed in New Hampshire with one year of acute care or skilled (medical/surgical) care experience. This position requires that you have the ability to lift &/or move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Previous Home Care nursing and OASIS-C experience preferred.

Work Schedule and Requirements:

Full-time (37.50 hours per week); Part-time (20 hours, Saturday and Sunday) and Per Diem (flexible schedule with no guarantee of hours) are currently available.  Weekend and holiday commitment, or weekends only.

Travel is required for this position. Must have auto insurance and reliable transportation. Must have the ability to use an electronic time and attendance system.

Current openings are located in Concord and south of Concord/Manchester.
