Early Childhood and Home Visiting Program Manager

Child and Family Services is an independent nonprofit agency dedicated to advancing the well-being of children by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children. Founded in 1850, Child and Family Services an independent/private nonprofit is the oldest children's charitable organization in New Hampshire.


The Program Manager will manage home visiting programming in designated regions and supervise staff who provide an array of child abuse prevention focused home visiting and parenting education services.

 This is a full time benefited position offering a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, group life and long term disability insurance, and flexible-spending accounts. Travel will primarily be in the Merrimack and Rockingham counties.

Requirements:

BA Degree, with 5 years of related experience, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT eligibility preferred . Previous supervisory experienced a plus.

Candidates must be responsible, dependable, be able to work independently and be an efficient time manager. Candidates must also be able to complete required documents in a timely manner. The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.  Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance that meets company standards.

Responsibilities:

Additional responsibilities include providing clinical, administrative and reflective supervision to staff as well as being responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a wide array of community partners including, hospitals, medical providers, schools, DCYF and other social service agencies.
