Spaulding Youth Center

Spaulding Youth Center, located on a spacious campus in Northfield, NH, is a nonprofit dedicated to improving and enriching the lives of emotionally and/or intellectually challenged children, youth and their families. We seek talented people to join our professional staff who are committed to helping children and youth with autism, or neurological and behavioral challenges to achieve their full potential.

To work with behaviorally challenged youth ages 6-21 years old with neurological impairments including autism, and EH/ID. Full-time position working non-school hours 2pm-10pm shifts including one weekend day/evening (shift differential pay). Applicants must be able to learn and follow through with treatment strategies and implement residential component of Individual Treatment Plan for student. 

Requirements:

Residential experience with emotionally handicapped, learning disabled, or neuro-behaviorally impaired individuals is preferred, but not required; 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED – college degree preferred.
