This workshop is designed for those who are beginning to take on leadership positions in their business or organization, or those who are seeking to improve their knowledge of leadership principles. The goal is to give attendees a solid foundation of methods that can inspire and motivate those around them. The instructor, NH State Police Lt. John Marasco, will focus on the importance of effective communication, collaboration and meaningful interpersonal relationships in professional leadership development. The goal is to help business or organization leaders create “Win/Win” scenarios.
Conflict prevention tools such as body language recognition, voice inflection and basic negotiation considerations will be highlighted. The workshop also will address leadership concepts such as rapport building, decision making and ethics, as well as strategies to improve employee morale, motivation and efficiency.
