Franklin Light & Power Mill Ribbon Cutting

Presented by: CATCH Neighborhood Housing

CATCH Neighborhood Housing is thrilled to announce a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Light & Power Mill, a renovated 45-unit riverside brick redevelopment in the heart of downtown. All are invited to the event on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 11:00 am at 100 Memorial Street, Franklin.

The historic 1895 mill began renovations in September 2016 under the direction of CATCH staff and its many partners. The project will create 45 affordable apartments for families, with a veterans preference for 20% of the units.

The ribbon cutting is free and open to the public. It will take place outside in the parking lot next to the mill. A short speaking program will be followed by tours of the completed apartments and light refreshments. Kindly RSVP to Erin at eschaick@catchhousing.org or 603-715-8330.

Date: Friday, November 17, 2017 - 11:00am to 1:00pm
Location: Franklin Light & Power Mill
