Monadnock United Way Welcomes Kate Cote

Keene - Kate Cote has joined Monadnock United Way (MUW) as administrative assistant. She has lived and worked in the Monadnock Region since 2005. Since graduating from Keene State College in 2007, Kate has held positions in customer service at People’s United Bank and NBT Bank, and most recently as a customer care account specialist at United Natural Foods.

Kate has a long history of volunteer involvement with MUW campaigns. She began as a Loaned Employee in 2009, served as a Team Captain from 2010-2015, and most recently as a Division Chair. Kate is excited about joining MUW, and commented, “I am very pleased to be able to take more direct action in the support of our community. I have loved volunteering for the MUW for years and I am thrilled to be part of the staff.”

“Kate is a highly motivated individual who brings a wealth of customer and community-based experience to this position,” said Liz LaRose, president, Monadnock United Way. “Having been a campaign volunteer for the past eight years, Kate also possesses a deep understanding of our organization and a sincere passion for our mission. We are very happy to welcome Kate to the Monadnock United Way family.”

Originally from Nashua, Kate holds a BFA from Keene State College and an Associate of Graphic Arts degree from the former White Pines College in Chester, New Hampshire. Kate resides in Keene, New Hampshire with her cat, Potsie, loves to hike, and recently began roller derby training.
