Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.

We are seeking a Development Services Coordinator to join our team! The individual in this key position will be responsible for facilitating critical Development support areas for efficiency and effective operations in a donor centric culture. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate gift entry and acknowledgment functions, in a timely fashion, for all donors, including demographic, relationships, solicitor, and other information. 
  • Create custom reports, queries, and exports needed for fund-raising efforts including gifts received, pledges outstanding, fund balances, and other information as requested.
  • Create constituent lists for all electronic, as well as hard copy mailings for special events, stewardship opportunities, solicitations and other information as requested.
  • Enter solicitation letters, pledge reminders, actions, and notes.
  • Assist in data maintenance, list management and execution of various mailings for the Development Team, including monthly and quarter stewardship efforts.
  • Perform month end reconciliation of fundraising data with Finance to ensure the accuracy of data entered. Assist with year-end audit data requests.
  • Produce development invoices and track gift receipt. Ensure unpaid invoices are followed-up.
  • Obtain information, files and additional documentation needed to prepare for meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all functions and systems related to prospect management, including software applications, and department policies. Safeguard and uphold the confidentiality of constituent information.
  • Respond to a broad spectrum of high-priority research, prospect identification projects, and specialized briefing requests from leadership. Translate information into usable confidential research snapshots, briefings, in-depth profiles and event bios.
  • Implement all appeal and stewardship mailings, assist with online giving initiatives, and work collaboratively with development team to advance fundraising and stewardship goals.
  • Coordinate that all donor information and activities are accurately and timely recorded including: gift processing, development and fulfillment of donor benefits, gift recognition, donor correspondence year-end appeals and campaign mailings; tracking of special engagement opportunities, donor events, and monitoring stewardship records and reporting, schedules. Track all activities in the CRM to document critical contact information and keep an accurate and current database of donors and events.
  • Coordinates development and cultivation opportunities for the Chief Development Officer to engage, inspire and educate supporters and potential supporters.
  • Must be available to assist with some department events, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree
  • One to three (1-3) years of database management experience preferred
  • Prospect research, cash management and accounting skills, able to maintain confidential records of the department and the Agency
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications, which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications.
  • Ability to produce complex documents, and maintain databases
  • Good verbal and written skills are essential
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually, based upon experience and education.

Hours: This is a full-time position.
